• Estimating construction costs and reviewing associated bid documents

• Quantity take-offs of all labor, equipment, and materials

• Bid document control by documenting, organizing, and archiving estimates

• Soliciting competitive pricing from subtrade partners and suppliers

• Establishing a critical path schedule for the estimate
